Suggested settings don't work either. Must be some kind of a limitation or a maybe even a defect of the used Eizo monitor. Tried same mister config and hw setup with another Dell monitor with same hdmi to dvi adapter. No problem at all. So it must be the combination related to this specific Eizo L768 monitor.

Tested with my PC with hdmi out to same monitor, but this works fine, so the hdmi to dvi adapter seems to work fine.

I have a similar problem with my old Eizo Flexscan L768 monitor. Monitor supports max. 1280x1024 @60hz resolution. I can't manage to display anything on it with my mister setup.
