Did you ever find a solution to this? The same thing is happening to me now after a move and equipment change. Connected to a unifi switch and dream machine pro instead of my ISP router like before. Not sure if the network change was the cause or not.

I am also experiencing graphical issues with one of my MiSTers and the latest neo geo core. This MiSTer is in an aluminum case from MiSTerAddons. I tested on another MiSTer, a MiSTercade setup in an Astro City, and it did not have the same errors (identical romsets on a shared network drive).
