Ooo, thanks for the Jammix advice - I'll check that out. Could be what I'm looking for.

Thank you for suggesting our products.
We have Jammix on stock and it support not just ITX but also JAMMA if you need to use it in a cabinet.

Thank you!
Does Jammix (with Terasic DE-10/clone board) support dual ram configuration?

No, in Jammix's current configuration, but who knows, everything it's possible.

Re: Trouble getting DAC to work on Taki's MiSTer Pi

I know, and I'm sorry for being rude, but we've spent so much time optimizing the A/V Pro and new upgraded cores, that it makes me crazy when people say that the A/V Pro has bad quality sound. :)

1) #2 works
3) #2 may not work with current v3 but we are testing new BGA modules.

Re: Trouble getting DAC to work on Taki's MiSTer Pi

The problem lies with Taki's board, which has the wrong capacitors in the low pass filter. If you compare it to the sound of UltimateMiSTer.com's A/V Pro 9.2 (TM), the difference in sound is striking. Not to mention the difference in the LEDs, the light isolators, the wrong size buttons, and some incorrectly populated parts. We just should use good...

I'm trying to get the spinner working with Pop’n’Bounce for the NEOGEO core. The spinner pro page states that "support works with correct dip switch paddle settings and arcade mode". MiSTer FPiGA maybe?

The only reason I don't like the name is because there are sooo many "pi" devices; orange, banana, raspberry... I'll stop here before I get gross.

MiSTer BANAna would be a pretty awesome name.

I'm biased from owning one, but I can highly recomnend the Mister Multisystem. Pretty plug and play. The board has everything you need with well designed I/O. 'Building' it is dead simple. Buy the MMS board, plop down a DE-10 onto the header pins and youre done! Looks way better than 'the stack', especially when cables are connected. Just somethin...

I think I was confusing the UltimateMiSTer Pro with the MiSTerAddons board which is also called Pro but is switchable between 18/24bit.

Sorry for adding to any confusion of anyone else. Hopefully it was just me.

No worries at all of course. Have you tested the new JT cores on the link? We need some feedback with A/V Pro 9.2.
