Turns out I was just using the oldest core available instead of the newest. The artifacts are gone now that I’ve upgraded.

I'm just using MiSTer for the first time so I haven't had a chance to try other cores but the Neo Geo core is exhibiting very odd vertical line artifacts. It almost seems like the pixels are transparent within those streaks. I've tried a handful of games, including ones that require 128 MB RAM (which I have) and so far I'm not seeing any kind of pa...
