well well i had a boot.bin and boot.rom files in the folder so i deleted the boot.rom and renamed the boot.bin and its working happy days.
thanks that was a easy fix lol odd that setup is working on the other mister who knows

you can use the rubbers it comes with just pull them through and trim them off worked for me

Any one getting a bad rom when trying to run garegga, tried the rom downloaded by update_all and the mame combined rom still the same i have all the same files on another mister and it works and all the other games the core supports work its a bit odd.

Just to add if you have owned arcade boards if you have a cab you might well have but the volume levels are not all the same you will have to adjust the volume on your cab per game, the other thing with sound on the cores is your getting purley whats comes out of the arcade board without any filters or the cabs amp and speakers so it wont sound the...

I just compared it to mame recorded a video started both at the same time run up to the point you you ship get ramed and blows up and the mame version gets blown up a few frames ahead of the mister mame is forcing the game to 60hz mister is run it at 57hz, if it is runing noticeably slower your a better man then me to notice.

It has a bit more detail and some extra people to pick up and a bit better sound, but on mister it has the sound bug all music out the left hand side.

Nice thats a classic arcade game you got it running pretty well there some slow down as you say but its looking good.
the one thing i dont like about the arcade is the flashing never seen in the arcades but going by this core it must do it in the arcade.

Right got it working the bios pack that comes down with the update all_script will not boot ernest evens i deleted it and redownloaded it and still the same, so i got the jp mega cd 2 region free bios renamed that to boot.rom and it works tried a few us games and they all boot fine the only thing now is i have to reset and eject cd when i want to s...

Turn the cd audio down as the hacks have proberly got boosted music volume for the original machine as music on lots of games is a little low when playing on a real pc engine hardware, the mister core boosts the music volume by default just turn it down 2 and it will all be fine.

hold down control on your keyboard and the number key for the disk number you want and press space works on a few others i have tried so if you want disk 2 hold control and number 2 and press space and so on hope that helps.
