Good thing is, if you are able to perfect calibration in Sega CD core, you can just copy configuration file to Genesis core, and maybe also to SMS core if the issue is same in it.

Re: Guncon 3 Accuracy
I didn't try SMS core yet, but I was having similar issues with Genesis/MegaCD core. When I calibrated GunCon according to instructions, accuracy's getting worse near edge of the screen. As a workaround, I played around with calibration and when asked to aim at edge of screen i was aiming lower/higher than that to get it calibrated to acceptable le...

Re: MiSTerFPGA.co.uk
Hi Nat, i would like to ask how is rumble implemented on your PSX SNAC adapter. Is there voltage boost to reflect voltage of original console? If not, is there any noticable difference between rumble on SNAC and original hardware?

Re: GB Core / SGB Core Confusion
If I remember correctly, GB core adds custom borders only as an overlay, it's not able to read border data from ROM, while SGB loads it from ROM as on real SNES with SGB. Super GameBoy doesn't support GameBoy Color, but there are some GBC games which have been released with backwards compatibility with original GameBoy (that's why you are able to l...

Nevermind, probably just a glitch, it's working fine after restart of SNES core.

Turbo Always Enabled on Super Scope
I'm trying to use GunCon3 to emulate Super Scope and experiencing issue of always having turbo mode enabled. When I use assigned buton "X (SS TurboSw)" it will only switch crosshair color between red and blue, but behave same. Am I doing something wrong? Input options used: Super Scope: Joy 1 Super Scope Btn: Joy Cross: Small Gun Type: Su...

I'd like to ask how is Force Feedback implemented in this drivers. Is there functional auto-centering in place? Is it using full 900° wheel turning or is it possible to tune it somehow?

Re: Is it possibile to use this SD based Memory Card on MiSTer core?
8BitMods recently started manufacturing new hardware revision of MemCard Pro which no longer uses 7.5V. Maybe it's possible that new revision will work with SNAC?

Re: Game Glitches on MegaAGS
Did you follow instructions bundled within MegaAGS pack in ReadMe file? Part of it is copying config file for Amiga core, and also updating main MiSTer configuration for optimal video modes. There's also warning about having enabled D-Cache option, which could result in having glitches in games. https://ia802208.us.archive.org/view_archive.php?arch...

Re: Are we only using 50% of the resources?
When you execute "top" you won't be able to see utilization of FPGA. FPGA itself is not a CPU that can be monitored in such fashion. Therefore running "top" on ARM/Linux side of Mister FPGA would monitor ARM processor and memory dedicated to this ARM.

Re: Are we only using 50% of the resources?
DE10-Nano have dual core processor, and output of /proc/cpuinfo seems correct to me - you can see two logical processors, processor #0 and processor #1
AFAIK, 1GB RAM is divided into two segments: 512 MB is available for HPS (available for Linux side of Mister) and another 512 MB is dedicated for FPGA so you won't be able to see it from OS side.

Re: Stuck on AO486 Splash screen
Similar or same happening to me, but as I made couple of changes to Flynnsbit's Top300 images (added custom games, resized VHD), I assumed that my modifications are culprit here. I didn't find solution for it, but I have workaround: when this happens, I open MiSTer menu and select Reset and apply HDD, and it works from that point. It seems to be ha...

Re: Community sourced game list for AO486 Top 500
I added a couple of games which I already tested with your Top300 pack, so here are some details to them which may save you some time in case you'll decide to include them in this new pack: Disney's Aladdin - requires QEMM Alien Breed - requires 16 MB RAM setting to pass piracy check Alien Breed: Tower Assault - replace dos4gw.exe with dos32a.exe H...

Re: MiSTerFPGA.co.uk
Happy to provide an update, basically my shipment of male to male USB 3.0 cables are inside a shipping container slowly travelling via sea to me in the UK. As I wanted to keep shipping costs low and being a large order. Based upon the information I have on hand expected ETA for the cables is within the next 7 to 10 days. The good news is the actua...
