I haven't found an answer to this question. Can (false) custom video mode settings harm a CRT in short or long-term?

Setup alt ini file with osd rotation (Google). Swap between your ini files: With controller (not keyboard): Back + U/D/L/R - select alt .INI if defined (default: Back button + Right)
