Re: 0MHz DOS Collection 2024.03.20 Released
create a link? in the 0mhz_downloader.sh there is an option to change installation directory. I don't know if you can move an installation or if you have to "install" it to a different path. I seem to have this all mixed up. The RBF file is on the SD card. But I had the Top 300 installed. That points to the USB drive. Everytime I start u...

Re: 0MHz DOS Collection 2024.03.20 Released
I tried to search, but couldn't find it. I just spend an hour to put the wanted DOS games on my SD card. But whenever I try to start a game, it says "could not read the boot disk". Maybe that is because I have the AO486 core setup on my SSD(USB) and the games on my SD? If so, how do I fix this? Is it a simple copy from one place to anothe...

Tapto Covers?
I follow the developments concerning Tapto closely and just ordered a reader and credit card sized cards. While I see the most beautiful designs for the cards coming by on X, I cannot find a place where they are stored. Is there a place on the web where I could find them?

Re: Load tapes on C64 Core
I think I do not understand what you are saying, but loading TAP or T64 files is already possible.

Re: Load tapes on C64 Core
Sam's Journey makes use a lot of disk swapping. Even to save the games progress. Other games? Not so much.

Re: Load tapes on C64 Core
The ,8 bit in the load command makes no sense. Just a single unqualified LOAD command should get you to the PRESS PLAY ON TAPE prompt, after which you can simulate the play button from the OSD. Loading from device 8 is literally the first floppy drive. That will not work. The computer expects wholly different signals on completely different ports ...

Re: Load tapes on C64 Core
Strange. It does not seem to matter what I do, I still can't load T64 files. When I reset into the standard core, go into F12 to mount a T64 file (tried numerous), then type load"*",8,1 I get a file not found error When I reset into the dolphinos core, go into F12 to mount a T64 file, then type load"*",8,1 I get the same file no...

Re: Load tapes on C64 Core
I have a lot of T64 files. And I can't get them to work. What do I do?
1 press F12 and select Mount8
2 select the T64 file
3 press shift-escape, the loading is mentioned
after a while the screen clears with only the words 'sys' and 'ready' on them. run does nothing. What am I doing wrong?
edit: BTW crt, tap and d64 files work great
