I have been doing a lot of testing for well over a day now. I've determined that this sync issue seems to apply to newer-updated MiSTer cores, but not older cores...? I tested a bunch of old GBA cores here https://youtu.be/rcG05mVCRwY The 2022-08-12 GBA core looks okay. the 2023-08-06 GBA core looks okay. the 2023-12-11 GBA core does not look okay....

My MiSTer seems to have a sync issue going on via YPbPr. Not sure what's causing it exactly, but I only started experiencing this within the last few days or so. Experienced this with the GBA core's start screen, with Rusty on the ao486 core (running at 15khz), and with Mega Man 2 in the NES core. It causes the top of the screen, or the top of cert...
