Re: Power Supply Question

I upgraded to a Mean Well 5V, 4A supply because I was having problems when using an external hdd.

I'm still using the power splitter I got from MisterAddons and it hasn't been an issue. Everything has been working great.

Re: Nothing is saving

I'm fairly new to the whole Mister thing myself so I can't say for sure, but I think maybe you just didn't realized your games weren't saving. :)

Anyway, glad I could help. Cheers.

Re: Nothing is saving

When you have a core loaded, open the Mister menu and make sure Autosave is turned on. If you can't select the option, you might need to load a rom first. After you turn it on, go the the 2nd page of the Mister menu and make sure you hit Save Settings. Now, after you save your progress in-game, make sure you open the Mister menu and you should see ...

Extra power from attached HDD Is it bad?

Hi all, Just getting into this whole Mister thing, so please forgive my ignorance. :) I plugged in an external HDD that uses a Y-split USB cable for extra power. The extra USB plug is connected to a separate power source, not a 2nd USB port on the Mister hub. Anyway, when I flip the power switch off, everything seems to stay powered on until I also...
