Before installing the new A/V Pro v9.2 did you changed DE10-nano all SWs to OFF? I believe for new v9.2 you need to do that.
Make sure you set SW to off and try again.

Ok, I've never used that model, but I take a look on the Google images and I can see the "Sync" is not set on OSD for that PVM. So with that INI file you are using, you need to make sure the buttons on the PVM: "LINE/RGB", and "EXT SYNC" are both ON (Light up). But keep in mind that you can also use the MiSTer in SOG m...

Lowest and highest also work for me - however, I also get HDMI output from them, which I thought was not present in these cores - so what is happening here ? HDMI output works, but in direct video mode (low res in Contra), so people using lcd monitor which don't accept 240p on hdmi will give black screen. I was able to run all the cores perfectly ...
