Guessing the DE10 NAno provides the power to the IO board and Hub ?
If so does the swicth on the IO board switch the power on to the DE10 Nano or would I need the inline power switch if I wanted a power switch ?

Aracde Joysticks for MiSTer
When I get this setup I`ll mainly be using MAME. Some MAME games use 1 fire button, some use 2 etc etc Any recommendations for an aracde style joystick that will cover most MAME games ?

I'd also look at some of the all inclusive boards that DE-10 Nano slots into. Once you buy all those separate boards you could be better off with something that has a lower profile. Blisster do need the LLAPI cores for using the LLAPI mode yes. BUT using a normal mister core then the USB ports on the blisster works the same way as with LLAPI cores, as in just like the official usb hub. And also when using normal mister cores the HDMI ports (that is the LLAPI ports) works too but without LLAPI it do works as just as a usb port...
