Re: Swap Left and Right Audio Channels?

Yes. But as I said the length of the optical cable is not enough in that case. Maybe I just have to buy a longer cable

Swap Left and Right Audio Channels?

I was wondering if that is somehow possible? i have my Mister connected to a pair of active speakers with optical cable from analog I/O board. The speakers are sitting behing me, so left channel becomes right and right channel becomes left when my back is facing them. I'm using the same speakers with my PC and could probably swap them Windows, but ...

Re: N64 Core

Mario works correctly after patching yes, and 1080 snowboarding works too. Not much luck with other games. I've noticed that sometimes when i run a game rom that does not work, i have to delete N64.cfg file, or else the whole core stays bugged and won't get me even to core menu.

Re: N64 Core

Hmm.. Played some Mario and after loading Turok, the core crashed and now even loading the core freezes Mister. Maybe the core is still this buggy and better give it some time to mature?

Re: N64 Core

well Autodetect fail is either a core thats so old it doesnt know about the changes which seems unlikely or a missing database file. You are sure the file is called N64-database.txt and is present in the root directory of the N64 along with the 3 bios files ? Hi. Yes, it is N64-database.txt. The N64 core i'm using is the latest one from 23.10. I h...

You are missing the database file or you have it cased incorrectly.

Yes, one would think so. But i have downloaded it several times and made sure it's typed correctly. Even Vampier's lines in downloader.ini won't help.

Re: N64 Core

Hi guys. After making a new sd-card i can't get N64 core to load roms anymore. I get "Auto-detect failed: Unknown CIC type." message when loading a game rom.

Everything should be set up the same as on old card where everythink worked fine.

Re: MiSTer Won’t Boot Anymore After Using SD Card Slot

This happened to me a few weeks ago after I put unstable mister file in the sd card, same thing about the led colors blinking and no image Luckily I had a backup previous mister file and after replacing it, I got image and could play again. I think in my case the problem started when i to replaced latest unstable mister main file with stable. Funn...

Re: MiSTer Won’t Boot Anymore After Using SD Card Slot

OK. Got my old 128gb card working after flashing mr.fusion, but not the bigger 512gb card which i have been using. This is very weird, because pc recognizes the card normally but Mister does not. Guess i have to go and buy a new one.

Re: MiSTer Won’t Boot Anymore After Using SD Card Slot

Allright. I wasn't getting picture with og 8gb card because of hdmi>dvi adapter between mister and monitor. Plugged it in to my TV, and i got a picture! So i have messed something up with my main sd card setup bacause it won't boot. I'm copying vital files to pc atm, but if someone has an idea what to try without starting all over i would be very t...

MiSTer Won’t Boot Anymore After Using SD Card Slot

Hello. I've had pretty nice times time with my mister lately and today i got N64 core working and played some Mario. The problems started when i removed sd-card for adding more games. First everything was fine except N64 core did not find sync any more (i use crt's mostly). After taking out sd-card several times trying to solve the problem the mist...

Re: Keyboard not working on most cores

Yes, i'm aware how to open core menu on ao486 core. As i stated on my previous post, everything works fine now. Even with the wireless kb and mouse. I had somehow messed up my custom resolution in mister.ini and because of that the scaler options started to act funny and borked inputs.

I forgot i played around with scaler before and that was the cause. I still don't know how, but everything works now. Maybe mister draws a frame to screen and inputs work, but in background?

Re: Keyboard not working on most cores

OK. So OSD, and user buttons neither work on cores that won't accept KB or controller inputs. I doubt that cores freeze, because arcade cores launch and play on background normally. Tried to manually replace Lixux files and run update_all again, but problem persists.

Re: Keyboard not working on most cores

Hi, and thanks for reply. Sorry for being not being clear what i mean. My keyboard and mouse are both 2,4ghz wireless ones. They have previously worked flawlessly. What i meant is that keyboard stops working the second i load a core. I can't get to core's menu by pressing F12 on arcade cores. Console cores on other hand open to Mister menu where th...

Keyboard not working on most cores

Another day, another problem  So i thought playing with mister and noticed that F12 won't bring up the core menu. Keyboard works only on Amiga and 486 cores, but not on any arcade, or console core i tried. Keyboard works perfectly on Misster's own menu's. I'm using wireless Logitech keyboad. I've tried running update_all script, removing and r...

Hi, I never managed to run One Must Fall. Other games such as Alone in the dark run nice using CDROM. The main problem with one must fall is the runtime error, it pops up sending me back to dos every time I choose a fighter/robot and the match is about to begin. Got the iso in the correct folder, all AO486 stuff are on external USB drive (but I al...

Olympus OEV203 Yellowish White on Left

Hi all. Bought this some time ago abroad, and the whole time i've had it it has shown yellowish tint on whites on left side of picture. Right side is good. Not super noticeable but still bothering me. Degaussing have not helped and i've kept the monitor on it's side too but no effect. Both rgb 1 and 2 are identical. I'm grateful for any suggestions.

Olympus OEM203 PAL/NTSC Geometry Settings Interfere

Hi all. My Commodore monitor just broke down which I had used for all pal content. I have used my pvm for ntsc content but now that I adjusted pal geometry in pvm's service menu, it messed up my ntsc geometry settings. It seems that there are several settings that are shared for both pal and ntsc formats. Is there a way around this or do I have to ...

Got all the arcade cores showing stable picture after i copied my psx core settings to arcade cores. The picture is of course a little distorted but the picture does sync with these settings. I don't get it.
