I have been testing a few games with the single RAM version and so far its looking great.
Regarding dual ram, from the GitHub page states better compatibility but my problem is I have the Mister Multisystem setup which only has one connector for memory.
Is the dual RAM based on total larger size of the two memory cards are doing different tasks?

That's great to hear, I have a cheap tiny micro keyboard with nothing special on it I can at least use just to test until I get the extra's needed.

New DE10-Nano Testing Questions
Finally managed to get hold of a brand new DE-10 Nano which has just arrived and would to ask:
* Is it possible to test if it works fine with no addons boards connected?
* Being in the UK the supplied PSU is the usual L.T.E 5v @ 2A, could I use a universal adaptor to power via supplied item just to see if the hardware is working?
