MiSTercade Rolling Screen on Some Cores

I'm running a Mistercade, using the 15Khz/YOKO ini file (unedited) on my Astro City candy cab (Nanao MS8 CRT). The arcade cores are running absolutely fine, but some of the other cores (C64, MegaDrive) have vertically rolling screens. Any ideas what could be wrong? I have tried to change from PAL to NTSC (blind!) and this doesn't fix it, but it doe...

Hi I've just got my MiSTer running on my arcade cab, and noticed that some cores are better than others. For example, Commando seems to have very quiet music compared to the sound effects, and 1942 sounds very tinny/loud/distorted.
