Ah - thanks for the info here. I updated one BlisSTer port but not both and still had this issue...trying to update the second one next!

Having this issue with a BlisSTer, even when the BlisSTer is upgraded to latest firmware. I'll try changing the usbcore.autosuspend and see if that does anything.

I've had the same problem. I thought it was my card, so I wiped and did a clean install.
Updated BlisSTer firmware, but I've still got an issue with scrolling, and the clock will sometimes miss a second while it's missing input. It also takes a while to get an IP. Any other suggestions? The MiSTer isn't usable in its current state.
