Can't delete controller profiles
hi,
i've a strange problem: i wanted to start with my controller per core configs from scratch and deleted all files in config/inputs. All files are gone but i can still control the MiSter menu and the cores with all of my controllers. Does somebody know whats going on here? Is there some kind of default basic config for every controller?
Thanks

Re: 8BitDo M30 2.4g button mapping is off after March 23rd update
strange is; i've remapped the controller for MiSTer menu and left out the L and R buttons. But now the R button is mapped for OK in MiSTer menu. I think thats why this button is cannot be mapped in Saturn core. Is there a way to reset the controller config?

Re: 8BitDo M30 2.4g button mapping is off after March 23rd update
you mean deleting the whole config folder from MiSter with all the cfg files? i'm afraid to do that because there are some speical configurations for ao468 and amiga.

thanks! that's the solution i'm looking for. so i'll replace the original AO486 core with the unstable and rename it.

ItalianGrandma wrote: ↑Wed May 01, 2024 5:23 pmShould work fine. The MGL only specifies what core to use, it doesn't care about what version the core is.
okay. i'm asking beacuse in this case i don't start the core and then select a game. With 0MHz i directly select the game (MGL) which starts the core. So i wonder how the MGL can point to the unstable AO486?
Thanks

Is it possible to use the AO486 unstable core with 0MHz collection? Im asking because I think the MGLs are tied to the stables core or am I wrong?
