So after a three week RMA with Terasic I learned that the R15 resistor underneath the board was knocked off. I recently got a MiSTer Hub 2.1 with Bridge Board and when attempting to install it I think one of the pins got bent and shorted 5V to ground. The MiSTer turned off but came right back.
