I get a message when running the updated that the github certificate cannot be trusted, and when I added Pak file to the Pak folder, it just crashes when running openbot HDMI or CRT

It's also in the user manual and has QR codes to videos on how to change the modes. Basically you hold the Mode part of the button down and press button 1,2 or 3. Button 4 puts the stick into SNK mode (Purple) which works with the SNK 40th anniversary pack on steam or Switch The way button is used to select how many Ways you want the stick to detec...

Thunderstick works with Forgotten Worlds on Mister.

Make sure the stick is in mouse mode, (Red) and use the free spinning knob, set the Way to spinner

Re: 8bitdo controllers lose bluetooth sync after each MiSTer reboot

I had a similar issue with the Nintendo Switch N64 controller. Would lose its connection after power off. Every other controller I have was fine.
In my case I was using a BT/Wifi Dongle, switched it for an ASUS BT 5.0 only dongle and everything was fine after that.

Quick update. I tried another BT only dongle and the NSO N64 controller is working fine now.
It's an Asus Bluetooth 5.0

Did anyone reset their bluetooth profile ?
by renaming MiSTer_Data/linux/bluetooth file to MiSTer_Data/linux/bluetooth.bak
Then reboot and pair just the NSO Nintendo 64 controller?

Thank you for taking the time to post :)
I did try this, but alas in my case, no change. :(

I have never had the issue. Do you both have a combined WIFI/BT ? that seems to be causing issues

Yes I do, actually, maybe it's something with the NSO 64 controller, as the other NSO controllers are fine. as are all the other 8bitdo etc
I'll try it with a separate BT dongle and see
Thanks for the tip :)

NSO Nintendo 64 Controller Needs to Be Paired Each Time

I've been using MiSTer for many years and not really had any issues before with controllers but each time I switch on the MiSTer the official NSO controller needs to be re paired before it will work. When going through the pairing process, it finds and removes the previous pair. Is there a file I can rename, edit to wipe out all existing paired con...

Re: How to Monitor update_all Changes?

What would be nice, if possible, for cores recently updated had some kind of marker to indicate it was new, until the next time you run update all.
The script runs so fast now you really don't get time to see what its updated. It's a pain to have to go into a log to see it.

Re: TMNT Core Beta Release Finally Available!

On the actual arcade cab, Start is only used on 2 player TMNT, the 4 Player version uses a common coin chute and you press attack to start for the player of your choice, at least that's how it was set up in for the cabs we had here in the UK.

Re: Coin mech and daemonbite arcade

The coin pulses should be the same as pushing a switch, 1 for a single coin and multiple times for a higher value coin, this will depend on how you set it up to accept coins. You should not connect the Counter to the pro Micro as this will send out 12v to power and advance a physical coin counter. To make sure it's safe, before connecting it to the...

I did try that but same result no floppy sounds :( thanks for taking the time to post the link though :) I guess as others have said, it could be something with the framework, its not ga...

Lost Floppy Loading Sounds in Core

When I first got my MiSTer from Antonio I used to get floppy disk loading sounds in the Amiga Core, I've not tried the core in a while and the latest version no longer seems to have this sound.
Do I need a custom core or is there a setting I need to change in the Amiga core to get this back?

Re: Bubble Bobble

there is an option in the osd for changing the rom size from 256 <> 512.
I've found that the JP roms only work with it set to 256 and the hacks and US roms etc seem to work better with the 512.
I was playing lost caves only yesterday so as long as your roms are OK you should be able to get this running too.
