No, I did not succeed. Even not with more trackball sensitivity/marble speed.

Do you have a link to this XArcade trakball you are using? When I remember right, you were not too happy with this Trackball when you visited me 10 years ago. :-) But I think it is very good after oiling it a bit. Trackball sensitivity can only be 1:2 or 1:4. The correct one for the Xarcade-Trackball would be something like 1:3. You can fine tune trackball sensitivity using the mouse_throttle setting in mister.ini (assuming your trackball presents as a mouse). The newest version of Archie really does not seem to work on a 15 kHz monitor. I tried everything! That's bad, cause the first Archimedes which I want to emulate is "the Amiga killer" from 1987 running Zarch, sold with an Amiga-like 15 khz-monitor (probably a rebranded Commodore 1084). I personally just want to play Zarch.

I'd like to add three very good reasons for two player mice/trackballs support in MiSTer: Marble Madness Arcade Marble Madness (Tengen, Japan only) for Mega Drive Marble Madness for Amiga All three had perfect 2 player trackball support back in the days and I miss it badly. I hope it will be added soon, I got my MiSTer mainly for this game. :-) Bern
