Just add enough joysticks to MiSTer via USB and/or DB9 and you are ready to go - no special configuration needed.
Using it with DB9 adaptors from mayflash or ultimatemister without any problems.

Hi, I am especially interested in 4 players simultaneous games. Belive I once saw a MegaAGS list with all multiplayer games sorted by number of players but cant find it any longer. Does it exist or am I getting old?

I personally like both tools. Tinylauncher for the ease of use and small footprint - easy to move to another setup/system. MegaAGS for all the work that went into lists/configs/screenshots/infos and completeness of games. Atm I am using personalized MegaAGS for my desktop with a little script to migrate to new versions but Tinylauncher seems great ...

Sounds like rocket science for me - great project! When it comes to read Amiga discs with PC drive I have used a commercial product called catweasel on PC: http://wiki.icomp.de/wiki/Catweasel - works great.
