menu.rbf core framebuffer vmode idx8 bug.

I was looking into a prBoom-plus issue that was reported to me.

The problem seems unrelated to prBoom-plus but to something that has changed in the framebuffer idx8 mode.

Anyway,

In Framebuffer/Console:

#vmode -r 640 480 idx8

The screen background momentarily changes green every few seconds.
