I'm still not understanding how to play Pier solar. I have the 4 bin and 1 cue file in the folder Pier Solar. Do I make one of the bin files "cart.rom"?

There's an actual cartridge dump that you need in addition to the disc image.

So you'll have 6 files total in the folder.
.cue
.bin x4
and then the cartridge dump renamed to cart.rom

Basically, you want a folder like /media/fat/games/MegaCD/PierSolar (or whatever) that looks like this:

(or if you are using CHD, then substitute all the cue/bin files I have in this with the chd file)

Cart.rom is the rom for Pier Solar for sega genesis, just renamed.

I'm actually really enjoying Pier Solar game. I also have the original cart running with my mega cd.
