Was anybody working on a Pacland core?

I think it has been mentioned here and there, but I can't find any specific links.
It uses HD63701 which I believe is already available from the Double Dragon core.

Shows that the system is the SNK NEOGEO MVS HARDWARE
All the other games on the NAMCO PACLAND HARDWARE page, appear to be pretty obscure, and I guess do not currently have cores?
