Input issues in Final Fight Anniversary Edition hack [Solved]

I am having a weird input issue while playing Final Fight Anniversary Edition hack on CPS-1 core, but I'm not sure if that's a bug or something strange happening on my end, so I would like someone else to confirm this.

For some reason this hack does not allow me to move characters diagonally, locking them in four directions instead, making the game much harder to play. This happens only with this hack, no other Final Fight revision suffers from this issue. The weirdest part is, this issue only happens while using a controller, I can perfectly move in all directions with a keyboard. I tried resetting and remapping buttons multiple times to no avail. Due to this oddity I have no idea where to start looking to fix this issue. I'll be glad if someone can help me.


Edit: fix provided by Jotego: Original .mra as distributed by hack authors contains a line

Replacing 72 with 0 fixes the issue.

Hey TLPD-AVW,
I just joined the forums so that I could help you! I had the exact same issue, and somebody on Discord gave me a custom .mra file which fixed the diagonal controller issues. If you PM me, I should be able to share that file with you.

Thanks, but I have already reported that as a bug on Jotego's github and he gave instructions to change a single value in .mra to fix this issue. So everything works as supposed right now.
