Unread post by stealthbanana »

Just about to set up an external USB HDD fro the larger Roms. Just a quick question asking which filesystems are supported. Am I safe setting the HDD to be EXT4

Interested which filesystems are supported.

Hmmm, EXT4 formatted drives are recognised and read by the system via Midnight Commander in the usual /media/usb0 but not by the main program.

Wonder if there is any reason, a native Linux FS on a Linux system would make a lot more sense.

if it's mounted then it should be visible.
Make sure you use correct folders on USB drive.

Ext4 is case sensitive. Maybe folder name casing is wrong?
