Wifi link (AC600) and Bluetooth dongle (8bitdo) conflict

Unread post by LeftEmpty »

Hello, not sure where to post this.

I just got an AC600 TP link (rtl8812au based, I think?), and it wasn't working out of the box. I went through lot of tries, before I figured the problem was that the MiSTer was trying to connect using my USB to Bluetooth adapter from 8Bitdo instead of the Wifi one.

Unplugging the BT dongle fixes it. I tried to swap USB various ports but it seems the Bluetooth adapter always takes precedence. I am not sure if there is a way to configure it, for it to be worked around within the MiSTer, or if it's worth reporting on the github.

If there is any extra info I can report, please do tell me.

Any input would be appreciated! Cheers!

Did you ever solve this? I am having the exact same issue with a general bluetooth dongle. Seems like the AC600 causes conflict, but sure the Mister can be told to only use it for wifi!?
