Click on the little arrow next to the name under "Last Post" column. It will take you to the latest update.

Except for the board index... I'd wager there's a lot of people log in periodically just to read the changelog. Right now they have to click through a subforum to get to it. You could save yourself a decent amount of traffic by adding a simple link to the board index.
