Request for official MSX release with the audio volume fixes.

Its been close to 7 months since last MSX release and the only commit since has been the audio level adjustment, so I was wondering if you'd consider to just releasing a new build with this commit since we might not see many commits showing up anytime soon and the volume adjustments are very welcomed. I know you usually would rather let commits build up before a release, but since its been so long maybe you'll make an exception.

Every so often, there is a cycle-through of framework updates. One of those appears to be in progress now, so I would expect this to be bundled as part of that (soon).
