I’ve tried both the US and the PAL version and both gives a black screen when you’re game over. Is this a known issue? Is there a simple solution or do I need to improve my skills so that I beat it without the use of continues?

Marvel Land/Talmit’s Adventure crashes
I’m fairly new at the mister scene and most of the time everything seems spot on, But I ran into a problem when I boots up a long time favourite, Talmit’s Adventure on the Mega Drive.
I’ve tried both the US and the PAL version and both gives a black screen when you’re game over. Is this a known issue? Is there a simple solution or do I need to improve my skills so that I beat it without the use of continues?
