So I've just gotten in to the MAME cores and games, I did the update_all script and have been enjoying the new games. Initially I had downloaded everything over HDMI, but my go-to TV is a CRT/PVM. I was able to play Arcade title with my Sega Saturn Wireless Pad with no issues over HDMI.
When I switched to the CRT, after mapping the controller for many of the same titles I wasn't able to start a game. Usually the Add Coin button would add Continues etc, but no luck on the CRT. Should I have run the Script on my CRT or is there some other known issue with compatibility?
