What is the correct folder structure for Sega CD images?
Should each game have it's own folder?
Example:
\games\MegaCD\Game\Game.cue
\games\MegaCD\Game\Game (track 1).bin
\games\MegaCD\Game\Game (track 2).bin
\games\MegaCD\DifferentGame\DifferentGame.cue
\games\MegaCD\DifferentGame\DifferentGame (track 1).bin
\games\MegaCD\DifferentGame\DifferentGame (track 2).bin
or
\games\MegaCD\Game.cue
\games\MegaCD\Game (track 1).bin
\games\MegaCD\Game (track 2).bin
\games\MegaCD\DifferentGame.cue
\games\MegaCD\DifferentGame (track 1).bin
\games\MegaCD\DifferentGame (track 2).bin
Which is the correct approach?
If you use a different folder each game, do you need to select the game folder and then a second step to select the CUE/BIN file?

CHD works now, but you still need to have them in folders (see above posts).
Re: Correct folder structure for Sega CD images?
It is not required that CHD files be in folders, they can be anywhere. You may need to put them in folders if you want to load specific bios files per-game or something. If you put them in a folder they will 'auto select' when you select the folder just like bin/cue.
Re: Correct folder structure for Sega CD images?
I put my .chd files like this:
MegaCD\Japan\game.chd
MegaCD\Japan\game2.chd
MegaCD\Japan\bios.rom
MegaCD\Europe\... same as above
MegaCD\USA\... same as above
And it works perfectly.
MegaCD\Japan\game.chd
MegaCD\Japan\game2.chd
MegaCD\Japan\bios.rom
MegaCD\Europe\... same as above
MegaCD\USA\... same as above
And it works perfectly.
