Commodore 64 Cartridges loading
Hi everyone,
I enjoy the Mister like nothing else arround now, also the C64 games brings back good old memories for me
I can load the disk games but not the cartridge games.. I see the gamelist and press A then I get a almost empty srcreen with some dots and only <dir> on it? Am I doing something wrong or do I miss something on my Image?
Thank you in advance.

Check the file extensions, make sure they are named correctly.
It is my great regret that we live in an age that is proud of machines that think and suspicious of people who try to.

Thank you, If I knew how to add a picture I would sent it right away but this forum is very new to me so got no clue how to add ?
EDIT : I just dragged the picture from my desktop and seem to work
So I see the list with Cartridge games and if I push button A to start and then this appears...

Re: Commodore 64 Cartridges loading
Thank you1
I load disk this way: first I choose a game, then load it and go back to the Commodore 64 screen and i type load"*",8 then it will load and when ready
I type Run
I the 80`s we build in a Speeddos chip (maybe you ever heard of this ? ) then it was just press the F7 key for a list from the disk, then we scroll to the game we wanted to play and pressed F5 then it loads and when ready we pressed F3 and we could play:)
Man Speeddos was so incridibely fast !!!!

Re: Commodore 64 Cartridges loading
You wouldn't have two C64 directories, one in / media / fat / c64 and the other in / media / fat / Games / C64?
Re: Commodore 64 Cartridges loading
I know that we could only play Winter Games and Summer games with Speeddos only, without speeddos was a no gochocomochino wrote: ↑Wed Feb 17, 2021 9:45 pm I had 4 years but i remember trying to play california games, some olympic games, mission imposible with my family, but i have vague memories of a game of a box with a robot and i can't remember the name of that game,
I know a game with a robot that was called Chimera, is that the game perhaps?
