Ys glitches

Just at the beginning of Ys (Japan) game there is a graphic glitch close to the life meter, USA version does not exhibit that bug:

This is a known issue: https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/SMS_MiSTer/issues/60

There is a build linked in that thread that corrects the issue. It would be nice if this fix could be merged into the SMS core at some point, as the FM soundtrack in the Japanese version is fantastic.
