How to initial config with SD card reader

Hi, I'm having a devil of a time trying to get my ao486 core to boot for the first time, so I'm interested in learning if there is a way to configure the core from my PC to specify the disk images attached to said core. my interest in doing so is spurred from my seeming inability to access the setup menu after a failed boot attempt in the ao486 core. it seems the only way to escape is to power cycle the board.

that doesn't work on my board. once I select the ao486 core and it fails to boot pressing Win key +F12 does nothing.

try downloading the core again, and the bios files.. check the file sizes..

yep that did it, now I can pull up the ao486 config menu.

You'll need a bootable floppy or hard drive image for that. Check archive.org for installers for MS DOS and the like.

Try this one works. Boots into Ultima 8 but If it does that, at least you'll know your setup is ok.
