Save transfer from Everdrive to MiSTer

Hello - I don't know if I'm missing obvious, but I just can't get this to work.

I have a Mother 3 save with a good number of hours on it that was created on my Everdrive X5 cart. I've pulled two files off of it - an .fla file that is 64kb, and an .srm that is 32k.

I'm assuming that the .fla is the one that actually carries the save data I want - it has the correct modified date - but I've tried using both files to no avail. Initially I just renamed the extension to .sav, and when that didn't work I did some googling and found a tool called "16to8" on Krikzz' site which sounded promising - but although I trierd converting both files, and renaming to the .sav extension, the MiSTer doesn't seem to load them at all.

Any pointers would be very gratefully received!

Thanks for the reply - I can't explain how but it's actually started working, which is pretty confusing as I haven't done anything except leave the MiSTer off overnight but I'll consider it a win!

In the end I just renamed the file, no conversion necessary.
