Neobuilder help needed! (NeoSD series)

I boned up on the readme file and the wiki but my reading comprehension is a fail, so I hit a wall.

Anyone else get this working? I'm trying to convert HBMame files and folders to ".neo" for the NeoSD.

Just point it to your romset and run it. You should be good to go.
