You guys in America turned to coca-cola; us spoiled youths in Europe turned to smoking in the arcades.
It was illegal for a youth under 17 to enter, but we still did it

I also like Terra Cresta. Right now the closest we have to play is Terra Cresta inspired Hybris on the Minimig core

Ah, the slightly older kids all smoked in the arcades here as well. But kids were allowed inside.

I was going to mention Hybris, my favorite Amiga game. This arcade core would be a great addition to me.Gangsta Spanksta wrote: ↑Sat Aug 14, 2021 9:41 pm I also like Terra Cresta. Right now the closest we have to play is Terra Cresta inspired Hybris on the Minimig core

Loved Terra Cresta, also played the heck out of the C64 version at home.

Oh man, I forgot about the C64 version. Firing that up tonight. Ohh.. PC Engine Turbografx has Terra Cresta 2.. and looks like the Sharp X68000 version is close to arcade. Might have to try to get that going if that core will work.

I just tried the X68000 version, unfortunately it doesn't work correct at the moment.CartoonDonkey wrote: ↑Fri Aug 20, 2021 7:00 pm Oh man, I forgot about the C64 version. Firing that up tonight. The would-be core is very similar to CPS (X6800 + Z80 + FM audio chip). This wouldn't be too bad to build.
