USB Board takes longer to boot after update

Hi there,

I have noticed that after Linux update, USB hub board takes much longer to boot and connect USB devices to MiSTer. Do you guys experience the same? Is it normal? Before the update booting was just few seconds, but now it is close to a minute.

I haven't update to the most recent update but I did notice couple updates before it was takeing longer for usb hub to light up then before
