Hi,
in Release 20210825 I found the files /etc/init.d/S99user and /media/fat/linux/user-startup.sh.
But I miss them in Release 20210829.
Anything I need to do?
//Edit
I think it's related to viewtopic.php?t=3177&p=32412
I run two MiSTer's.
No.1 runs Release 20210825 which contains the above mentioned files
No.2 runs something before 20210825. I tried the 20210829 update which was not applied. Therefore, none of the above files are present.
Sorry for the confusion.
//Update MiSTer No.1
After an manual update of Mister No.1 from 20210825 to 20210829 i had both files,
/media/fat/linux/user-startup.sh and /media/fat/linux/_user-startup.sh, on the system.
//Update MiSTer No.2
I updated the No.2 MiSTer SD manually with the 20210829 Package got the the file /media/fat/linux/_user-startup.sh.
But the "User-Startup" file is not called from /etc/init.d/S99user because of the underscore.
No S99user/user-startup.sh in Release 20210829 [Clarified]

Re: [Clarified] No S99user/user-startup.sh in Release 20210829
Hi@all,
after an fresh install with the current release 20210831
I found the file /media/fat/linux/_user-startup.sh on my
system but it‘s only used if I remove the underscore manually.
Is this the correct way to „activate“ the startup file?
