Jurassic Park graphical issue [Solved]

In Jurassic Park the HUD isn't displaying & the 'helpful' pop ups from the other characters isn't displaying properly (just shows the portrait & not the text) However if you pause the game when this happens, you can see the text.

Curious if this is happening for anyone else.

That happens when Force 256px is On and Pseudo Transparency is Off.
