Robert's video was so well done. Not too technical, but with enough details to make you understand everything that is going during the creation process of the GPU side of the core. The only thing that I wasn't sure about, was the mention of Duckstation algorithm for pixel drawing. Does it mean he would be able to backport the perspective correct option from it? Or it's just related to the fact he is using an existing algorithm in his core for pixel drawing?

Let’s hope there’s room on the FPGA for a perspective correction option. Would be great but if not it’s still great to see PS1 core in the future.

Don't care at all about perspective correction, upscaling, etc. For me the crazy lo-res polygons are part of the inimitable PSX look.
