sorry for the dumb question. I plugged in the MISTer to my new TV via HDMI, and when the main was updating i got these problems on the screen:
Do you know what are and what is causing them?
I just bought the Digital I/O board and it happens only on "command line screen".

I see the same sort of thing with the recent update (early september?).
I'm using vanilla DE10-Nano HDMI out into a 4k monitor (no IO board at the moment).
Not sure why, and it doesn't really bother me, but confirming it isn't just you or your setup... and its a reasonably recent occurrence - i never used to get that a couple of months ago and prior.

Looks like a memory bandwidth issue.
Can try to reduce console resolution and/or colour depth.
The scaler buffers are a bit too small.
