Is it possible to daisy-chain 2 USB hubs on MiSTer?
The one in my case is 4 ports but I could do with an extra slot - (A larger hub wouldn't fit in my 'unique' case.
Could I plug another USB hub into this and would it be ok / work?
ty!

Re: Daisy chain 2 USB hub?
Thanks for the info - I ask as I tried it yesterday and the KB and mouse I had plugged into the second USB were very jittery. Mouse and KB would lose connection every other second.jlancaster86 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 07, 2021 11:55 am Yep. My setup has two USB hubs linked by a 3 m extension cable.
I wondered if it was a USB3 into USB2 thing?
I might try another USB dongle.

Yes. The theoretical max devices for USB is like 127 devices (including hubs).
I got a Internal PC Hub attached to my MiSTer USB board.
It is my great regret that we live in an age that is proud of machines that think and suspicious of people who try to.

Re: Daisy chain 2 USB hub?
I picked out an old USB2 from a drawer and it works fine... the USB3 I previously tried plugging in was very intermittent - odd.
All good now though.
