SFC NTT Data Pad - USB Adapter

Unread post by ArinoCX »

Please can someone tell me which SFC>USB adapter will support the SFC NTT Data pad with Mister (all 23 buttons preferably)?

Will the Raphnet SNES controller to USB adapter - V2 work?

Thanks in advance!

It's supported by the Gamer Pro adapter from bliss-box. You need firmware 3.0 or higher according to their website.

There may be other adapters, but that's what I use with mine.

Thanks - bit rich for me though, especially after conversion....

Hopefully there is something cheaper that supports it

I use the SNES controller to USB adapter V2 with the Datapath game pad with no issues.
It is my great regret that we live in an age that is proud of machines that think and suspicious of people who try to.

Yes I use it with the Coleco core.

The Ralphnet Adapter will read all 23 buttons from the SFC NTT Data Pad.
I don't think the MiSTer can utilize 23 Buttons at once, unless there an update that fixes that. It could be a core limitation, I haven't used it with anything but the Coleco core so don't quote me on it.

But you get enough functionality to use it with what ever would take advantage of a game pad that has a number pad in it.

Does anyone have this USB adapter and a NTT Data pad?

I just got the controller in the mail and so far I can't get any of the extra buttons to respond. I really wanted this for the Coleco and Intellivision cores.

It looks like the Daemonbite software uses a separate .ino file if you want NTT controller compatibility:

So I dunno if it will work with a multi-system adapter like that, you may want to try contacting UltimateMister

Yes zetastrike. I have this exact adapter and flashed it with this .ino file. All buttons work perfectly. It’s a great controller for MiSTer.
