Understanding Philips CRT Model #

Unread post by earthprime »

I have an old CRT that I'm working to clean-up, but I can't interpret the serial number to understand its manufacture date. It has a sticker that says "December 2001" on it, but I have childhood memories of the unit from the 90's (so I think this might have been a 'service' date). Can anyone help interpret the following Philips CRT model?

Maybe posting a picture of it might help.

There's a manual for it here - https://www.manualslib.com/manual/12402 ... tml#manual

Page 3 has a Philips copyright year of 2001 on it, so I think your memory may have been playing tricks on you?
