Using DE10 Nano for FlashROM?

Using DE10 Nano for FlashROM?

Has anyone done this? Or made it work with any other similar tool to read/write flash memory chips? Mostly asking because I bought a cheapo CH341A programmer that arrived DOA and a replacement is going to take a few days to arrive and it's for something pretty urgent (re-flashing a BIOS chip after a failed update).

Nope, but I do know you can use a Raspberry PI
