MiSTer Boot Menu with a filter activated ?

So I've been using Scummvm script and it runs all the FMV games I wanted to play perfectly. But I have 2 problems, since it's a script I dont have access to filters, so as a workaround I was thinking applying the lcd filter when Mister boots up, but I couldn't figure out a way to do it. Is it possible?
The 2nd problem is that I get heavy tearing on Scummvm, I tried a bunch of options, but nothing made it go away, and it's very distracting especially without my favorite lcd blur filter.

At least I do get proper integer scaling on my screen, so it looks pixel perfect and sharp.
