I'm thinking Gran Trak 10 would be interesting.
But I am not sure if I can reproduce it on FPGA since gear and speed control part heavily rely on analog circuitry.

Isn't it in your list of cores? It is in mine. Maybe you need to update?

It is available on Mister-Devel so an update permits to get it.
