Venice already told me so. But what's wrong? The Dreamcast core is done weeks ago!
Bwah! Just woke up and realize the sad reality of some still missing cores... :geek:

Bow your heads! Some pictures for the sheet's CORE cores. Only ONE is left, the Specialist/MX for which I couldn't find any pictures about.

Looks like I've joined this late! Does anyone here sell these pre-assembled? I'm in the UK.

Do you have any of the boards still remaining @gojira54? I'm OK with a soldering iron so can always give one a go myself if you do and happy to pay. Appreciate it.

Thanks everyone!

That would explain why I couldn't DM!

One other question, about the SSD1322. I've seen a 3.12" and a 2.8". Both appear to be 256x64 and assume they both work. Any recommendations, I'm not sure if the size difference will cause issues with mounting to the PCB etc.

I'm using the 3.12" one with that same PCB. It is a perfect match.

Awesome, thanks for confirming. I've used these smaller oled panels in other projects and they are super cheap to pick up. Noticed these cost a little more so didn't want to order and end up with the wrong thing.

Glad to be of help. Have you decided on a display color yet?

I was quite boring and went with white (should match the MT32 pi hat oled) I think they all look great, would love to have a multicolour display you could just switch between. Some great work done with the artwork though

I went with white as well, after considering all colors. White has a pretty good lifespan, is neutral, working well with all kinds of logos and looked really good with grey scale images in the comparison photos RealLarry kindly made for me.

Thanks to Venice adding a new command in an amazingly short amount of time, I now have a version of MiSTer SAM that uses a random transition effect between showing the logo of the selected core and the title text. It works really well.

Wow, looking good on the sheet chaps! These are the stragglers in the Arcades section, are some of these (like Mr Do's! Nightmare) not doable or have some other weird issue that means they can't get an image?

GORF ? A.ASTROCADE
Konek konek
Koroleva koroleva
Labyrinth Runner/Trick Trap
Major League mjleague
Mr.Do's Nightmare mrdonight
Pacmania pacmania
Passing Shot

Speed Coin spdcoin
Splatterhouse
Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold
Sukeban Jansi Ryuko sjryuko1
Sukeban Jansi Ryuko sjryuko
UFO Senshi Youko Chan
Waku Waku U. R. ultracin
Warball

Minasan no Okagesamadesu! Dai Sugoroku Taikai minasan
SNK vs. Capcom - SVC Chaos svc

I may have to add some more of the ones JT has mentioned wanting to do in the future as I am worried Larry isn't going to know what to do with himself if there is nothing left on the sheet. ;-)

Yes, forgot to mention that. When it is official I will suggest adding this functionality to the author of the MiSTer_SAM script. It is a big improvement IMO.
EDIT: And now I have the game text fading in, this is fun.

SPOILER! We have such a multicolour system/display in the pipeline. Very easy to build and not expensive, but no plans to realease in favour of tty2oled.
An important problem here will be the fact of copyright issues of the pictures - at least for european countrys. The b/w or greyscaled pictures should fell to the passus "small in size and <256kb". Weird laws.

Dunno. Haven't tested them by myself, found no informations and seems that some of these entrys may be wrong. But definitly doable for sure.

Yes, that would be great. Personally I'd love to create pictures for upcoming cores to enjoy them instantly when cores will arrive.

Haha! I don't know boredom. You don't have to be afraid that Larry may jump of a bridge because of an empty sheet :)

...these are the very last leftovers. I'm sure that "GORF" is a double of whatever, "Konek" of "Konek Gorbunok" and "Koroleva" of "Snezhnaja Koroleva". Made a note in the sheet for clarification.

I have popped on Mortal Kombat, PSG and CPS3 which JT now has board for (although who knows if/when those will happen). Other consoles we may get off the back of the PS1 and Saturn are Pocketstation and 32x but again, just hopes and dreams at this point. :-)

Finally got all of the bits to put this together. Went with the white 3.2" from buydisplay (I assume its the same as the 3.12"), the Wemos Lolin32 and @RealLarry's adapter board. Everything fit together perfectly! Now to design a case for it.

Great, I love to see that our work fits and is making one happy!
You may have a look at https://github.com/venice1200/MiSTer_tt ... gh-version for a simple case I made. If you need the "low" version or if you have a need for the display spacer, just give me a "hello"...

Heads up: The Playstation core has been renamed to PSX because of trademark rights. It is now officially part of MiSTer.

I saw this live on Discord this morning. The first daily/unstable PSX core just arrived at https://github.com/MiSTer-unstable-nigh ... r/releases 30 minutes ago so I'm going to rename the appropriate pictures now.

Damn Larry, you smashed that list fast!

With the PSG games, I got the list from wikipedia - some have alternate names which might clear up the missing ones for you:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PolyGame_Master#For_PGM

I did notice this and am a bit confused where this Comic Core is sitting and what is all done:
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=2563

It might be good to do some housekeeping on the sheet, there are a few where there isn't a Yes/no and someone has "no, see notes" for example we could clean up. for example on it has on Yie Ar Kung Fu yiear - "Konami, Yie Ar Kung Fu.xbm Picture already available, needs to be renamed?" - although there is a greyscale if the mono image exists probably worth just naming properly and uploading.

It would also be good to figure out where these cores that don't have Status listed are living e.g. Live In Main/Unofficial/Jotego. And also any Jotego that have been released to at least Beta get changed from "Jotego W.I.P." to "Jotego".

I was thinking, since you are wanting to be ahead of things now with images, I have a list of consoles and computer cores that could potentially wind up on MiSTer. I could add them with a new "No Core" status if you would like them on the sheet to be able to make images for?

I went ahead and added all the consoles and handheld that I think may be possible for MiSTer, although most I doubt we will ever see, but there are on the sheet if anyone has a hankering for making more images. I could do the same for 8 bit computers if there is a desire to do those, we do seem to get a new exotic old computer every month or two.

Finalizer Set 2 and Set 2 [b1] (don't know why these variations are there) are giving me a Data Transfer Error.

That b1 core seems to be pretty broken.
